Recipes To Try This Holiday Season

From Soup Weather to Holiday Hosting, I have you covered.

Sicilian Chicken Soup

The temperatures are starting to fall, what I like to call sweater weather. Which means it's time to reach for a meal that warms you up from the inside. Nothing is better to do the trick than a good bowl of chicken noodle soup.

This Italian chicken soup recipe is inspired by Carrabba’s Mama Mandola’s Chicken Soup Recipe. Made with chunky veggies, shredded chicken, and plenty of delicious homemade broth.

The best part is that it’s a dump and go type of recipe. Basically, you load up your soup pot with all the ingredients and let your stovetop do all the work. It does not get easier than that!

Perfect Holiday Margarita

Every gathering needs a signature drink to mark the special occasion. If you are anything like myself you might enjoy a good margarita every now and then. I found a great recipe for a Christmas Margarita that is made with either cranberry juice or pomegranate juice, which I prefer.

Please let me know if you try any of these recipes and how they turned out.

From our family at Gabay Construction we wish you and your family a happy, healthy holiday season and a very Happy New Year!
